The primary challenge was designing a healthcare platform that balances simplicity with the complexity of medical information. The experience needed to feel reassuring and easy to use while supporting critical workflows and sensitive data. Building trust through visual design, ensuring accessibility for a wide range of users, and maintaining compliance-ready structure were key challenges throughout the project.
The final platform delivered a clear and approachable healthcare experience. Improved navigation and content structure helped users find information faster and manage appointments with ease.
